Guided breathing exercise. This is a 4 minute breathing exercise recorded live in class. Use it to build lung capacity and breath control. It's very relaxing and meditative. The exercise is: breathe in for a count of 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold with empty lungs for 4. As you progress, you can increase the number to 6, 8, 16... free download
